We present our new Mezcal Amarás Americana, different and innovative in our mezcal production and category. Americana is born from our commitment to sustainability by preserving wild agaves.
At Mezcal Amarás we are pioneers in the planting of different species of Agave Americana and therefore the first to produce such a precious liquid for the market.
The peculiarity of this Mezcal
The main characteristics of the Agave Americana are its large size (approximately 100 kg), its growth in rocky areas throughout the Oaxaca region for eight years, and its distinctive sweetness, which may make it unique. When distilled, this plant becomes one of the most intensely aromatic yet smoothest mezcals on the palate.
