Drapò Dry
- It is a pale straw yellow Vermouth with light green shades conferred by squeezing the herbs.
- The aroma envelopes the senses with some sumptuous spicy and floral notes recalling cinchona, cardamom and rose hips.
- The taste is dry, a feeling gave by the tannins and by the low presence of sugar compared to the other Drapò Vermouth; nevertheless it has a pleasant, persistent and delicate aftertaste.
- It perfectly lends itself to the preparation of classic cocktails such as the Bronx, Manhattan Dry, Rose and at the same time it can give the right inspiration to create some new sweet & sour drinks or new interpretations.
