Fruit based Aperitif crafted from selected Provence peaches picked and sliced at full maturity for an intensity of taste and optimal flavours.
Made in France / Alcohol by volume (ABV): 12% / Volume : 700 ml

TASTING NOTES

Pink peach skin, with shades of tiles-red. Clear and shiny. A quite powerful nose of vineyard peach, fruity, with some floral notes. Soft/Mild, sweet and sour taste of vineyard peach.

PROCESS

This juice has been combined with a neutral spirit, cane sugar and water to create an aperitif that can only be described as liquid sunshine. Its soft colour is obtained thanks to a fine filtration, perfectly mastered.
