Amarás Espadín is the representative of our search for a better world and the standard-bearer of our holistic cycle “from seed to sip”. Made with the best 8-year-old Espadín agave, straight from the mountains of Oaxaca.
We create a perfectly balanced mezcal, in which you can identify the agave, the cooking process, and the natural fermentation, achieving a unique sweetness that harmonizes with the smoky notes generated at the heart of our process.
The result of this meticulous selection and processes allows us to produce a mezcal of superior quality, which you can enjoy straight away.
