Ingredients
– 45 ml Tarsier Oriental Pink Gin
– 15 ml Drapo Dry Vermouth
– 20 ml Grandma Raspberry Liqueur
– 20 ml Lime juice
– 1x egg white
Method: Add the gin, vermouth, lemon juice, raspberry liqueur, and the egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Add the ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake again for 30 seconds. Strain the drink into a coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lemon twist.
