The citrus notes, especially the combava, bring acidity mixed with a slight bitterness that will delight fans of Dry Martini. The degree of alcohol, 44 °, is studied to satisfy the needs of a demanding mixology, and thus to attribute the full expression of a lively and elegant Gin.
