TASTING NOTE
NOSE – Notes of cherry, wood and spice and perhaps a faint lingering of the popcorn and candy floss from the 19th century
PALATE – Sweet toffee and dried citrus with an oaky body
FINISH – Hints of dark molasses, sweetening with subtle citrus peel cutting through the sugars
BLENDED BOURBON WHISKEY
The bourbon in Stateless is 3-year-old Kentucky Straight Whiskey with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley, which has been aged in a blend of Char #2, 3 and 4 American Oak barrels.

Advanced technology uses magic (machine-learning algorithms), fortune telling (artificial intelligence) and witchcraft (advanced chemical analysis) to produce spirits that are indistinguishable from traditional products… The process reduces CO2 emissions by 92%, water consumption by 62% and land use by 64%.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
The process of the Stateless liquid is via a patented method that combines traditional methods with state of the art, first to world molecular based note by note production.
The production area is Michigan, which is in the heart of the Midwest World Class grain growing region that provides local access to a stable supply of the raw materials required to make outstanding liquid.

• 25ml Stateless Bourbon Whiskey
• 75ml soda water

STEP 1
Add the whiskey into a highball glass with ice.
STEP 2
Top with soda water and stir gently and briefly to combine.
