Honey with a mild, sour, slightly resinous flavour and thick consistency, not very sweet. In the liquid state gets green tea colour to light brown. After crystallization the honey is medium grey-brown in colour with a tinge of green to brown. This honey is also used as an ingredient in our Mead products.
Properties: It is appreciated for its antibiotic properties, it is used to aid treatment of upper respiratory system diseases, low immunity conditions, skin conditions, rheumatic diseases and nervous system disorders.
