Acacia Honey

Distinguishes itself from other honey with delicate, light flavour of acacia flowers and is colourless to light cream colour. Contains large amount of fructose, so crystallizes slowly. After crystallization becomes white to straw coloured. Due to the subtle flavour and aroma it is a popular sweetener used for dishes, drinks and desserts. Very popular among children. This honey is also used as an ingredient in our Mead products.
